In the traditional world of watches customers are served by a network of retailers spread all over the world. HORAGE has eschewed this business model: a core part of our ethos is to make luxury watchmaking more affordable – an aspiration which is not compatible with the long and complex supply chains in which a watch may be bought and sold four times on its journey from the factory to the end consumer.

The key benefit of the ‘old way’ was the accessibility that it enables, allowing watch fans to touch and feel products before purchasing. Even though it felt like at HORAGE we were closer to our customers than almost every other watch brand, Biel-Bienne Switzerland is still a very long way from North America and Asia – two of our key markets.
We love to solve problems and our solution to this dilemma was to build up a network of local representatives closer to our customers. Inspired by the devoted and creative level of service offered at a premium hotel, we chose the name Concierge.

So, what does the Concierge do?
Firstly, the concierge is local to you and speaks your language. They can help guide you through our product range helping choose the right timepiece for your wishes and budget. Secondly, they are available to meet with you and demonstrate our products, allowing you to experience them first hand. Thirdly Concierges often run events allowing you to access a local network of watch fans: there’s nothing better than sharing your passion with like-minded individuals. Lastly concierges offer local support for existing and future HORAGE customers.

Over the coming months we will be introducing our concierge team individually so you can get to know them better.
Where are our concierges located?
Our network covers the major markets of Southeast Asia and USA and some European locations. Concierge Experience

Hello Horage,
Are there any plans to have a Concierge Experience event in the US Midwest?
I thought seeing something of the sort a few months ago.
